Janice
Wilhelm
(Sales & Marketing Assistant)
Janice started out in the comic industry in 1985 working
retail at Comics & Comix in Northern California. In 1987,
she transferred to Bud Plant assisting in their retail &
wholesale divisions. 1988 brought Steve Geppi out to Grass
Valley and a subsequent move back East to Maryland. Since
arriving in Maryland, she has held a “few” different
positions and had the pleasure of working with some of the
greatest people around. She's always enjoyed working around
books and while comics are nice, it’s been the standard
square bound books that have always piqued her interest.
Prior to being blessed with two wonderful children it was
not uncommon to find her deep inside a good
bookstore...always leaving with a much lighter wallet.
Janice is proud to be working with everyone at DBD and is
pleased to be a part of bringing all these wonderfully
written & illustrated stories into the hands of even more
people.Back
